Did you ever wonder who was the oldest Olympian athlete?

Well, it is Oscar Swahn, a Swedish shooter who competed in the 1920 Olympics. He was 72. He won a Silver medal in those games which also makes him the oldest medalist in Olympic history. The event he won several medals in over three Olympics was the double shot running deer contest, in which a shooter had 2 shots to hit a deer-shaped target as it crossed their path 110 yards away. Don't ever bother googling images for "double shot running deer contest" if you don't care to see thumbnail images of dead deer. It's gruesome.
